Loan Process

This is a generalized description of the loan process and Silverado Funding may modify the process as deemed necessary.

1. Print and fill out loan application & fax it to 503-520-1285 or email to Jessica Rybka.  Please include the following:

     a. Two years tax returns
     b. Copy of drivers license
     c. Two months of checking/saving/brokerage account statements 

     d. Depending on review of documents, we may require additional information.

2. Silverado Funding, LLC. will run your credit report and verify assets and income.

3. Application will go to Loan Committee for review and approval of Borrower.

4. Upon approval of Borrower, we will need the following information on the Property:
     a. Appraisal - Silverado Funding, LLC must be listed as your lender.
     b. Scope of work - for repairs necessary to bring property to rent or retail ready status.
     c. 
Initial Evaluation/Inspections - required for repair portion of loan amount, if any.

5. Upon review and approval of property information, your file will go to our Doc Prep Department.  When completed and authorized, the documents will be sent to the specified closing agent.

6. The closing agent will coordinate signing of all required documents.  Upon completion and verification of signing, Silverado Funding, LLC will send the requested funds.
