out of Portland, OR. Our founders include:

Jay Hinrichs

Jay Hinrichs has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 28 years.  He began his career in the Bay Area owning and managing a real estate company with his father.  Jay's diverse experience over the next three decades has placed him in an advantageous posittion regarding knowledge of market trends. 

Jay's involvements include:
Owner of Silverado Group, LLC, a company which purchases over 100 homes per year.  Many of these homes are in the foreclosure or preforeclosure status when Jay buys them.  Some of these homes are renovated and sold on the open market while others are retained as rentals.

Jay was owner of Cedar Mountain, LLC, a company which bought and sold land with timber.

Jay is the managing owner of Elk Mountain Tree Farm, a premier coastal range tree farm consisting of 700 acres.

Jay is involved with Cavalier Development, a development company that built many subdivisions in the Portland Metro area during the 1990's.  Included in some of these developments are the Lafayette Plantation, a 105 lot starter project, and 43 custom lots in the Murray Hill Park Subdivision.

Jay is currently developing many properties both in Washington and Oregon.  He buys new properties each week and is an exceptional resource.

David C. Scott, Esq.

David C. Scott, Esq. is a member of the New York State Bar.  Prior to joining Silverado he practiced Social Security Disability Law as a senior attorney at Binder and Binder in New York City.  He also worked in Corporate Sales for Tiffany & Co. and at Polo Leathergoods.
